God’s dream is that His House would be a ‘House of Prayer for all People’ ! The Forest Lake Church hosts House of Prayer Experience (H.o.P.E) every Wednesday at 7PM. From the time we have begun meeting in a small classroom to its current space since 2007, we have seen God calling His people to prayer. Every Wednesday, H.o.P.E becomes a place for a God encounter for many. We pray that many more House of Prayer Experiences will begin to rise up all over the US and the rest of the world. Here are weekly stories of H.o.P.E that remind us that God is at work in our lives and everywhere!

The Prayer of Jesus in Luke 22:42 was for God's will to be done. How do believers even begin to know what this means for their own life? Pastor Derek turned the House of Prayer congregation's attention on the miraculous and transformational effect of filling one's life with passages of Scripture. The more we become acquainted with the God's Word, the more we will find wisdom for our decisions and guidance for life's direction.

The Morris' joyfully share with the group the content of their prayer boxes they received while at a prayer conference in Australia and New Zealand: tiny scrolls containing personalized Scripture promises!
